The Plans We Work With

These include L.A. Care, Health Net, and Kaiser Permanente, along with partners such as CalMHSA and Optum. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan, so our team will help you confirm what is available to you.
Care for More Complex Needs
Some mental health needs call for specialist-level care. Best Intentions is contracted with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to provide outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services to Medi-Cal members who qualify.
We offer individual and group outpatient services, and our team will help you understand eligibility and what to expect. You do not have to figure out the right level of care on your own.

Medi-Cal mental health care comes through two doors. Your Medi-Cal health plan covers care for mild to moderate needs, while each county provides Specialty Mental Health Services when needs call for a specialist.
